SMARKTEC’s headquarters, with over 2,000 sq. m, has been designed specifically for its activity. Machines are assembled at the workshop, which is equipped with the latest technologies and where customers come to perform the factory acceptance tests prior to shipping the machines to their final destinations.
The workshop is also equipped with specific labs per marking technology as well as with a permanent robotic cell tor testing purpose. SMARKTEC products are supplied worldwide. Product Range
- Billet and Slab Marking Machines: SMARKLase technology to mark alphanumeric & QR codes directly on the rough surface of billets, blooms, beam blanks or slabs. The spray & Laser technology allows to mark products up to 1,200oC with very uneven surfaces like an irregular oxycut. Our custom-made integrations include gantry type structures, linear axes or robotic cells to adapt the equipment to the continuous caster.
- Coil Marking Machines: A wide range of models to cover the identi cation of coils from the rolling mill to the nishing lines. From Hot paint marking to laser, punch marking or labelling.
- Plate marking Machines: Hot or cold plates are normally dye stamped and them marked with paint spray or Inkjet heads to include Logos, QR codes and alphanumeric texts. Marking can be made while the plate is stationary or on the y.
- Tube & Pipe Marking Solutions: SMARKTEC offers a complete range of marking solutions specially designed for the different tubular products: Seamless, ERW, SAW, LSAW, HSAW, coated, etc. The possibility to mark pipes with individual Datamatrix codes gives the chance to install tracking cameras to get the full traceability through the pipe manufacturing process up to the end user.
