GLOBAL FACTOR acquire EDE
Global Factor acquires 100% of EGE Ingenieros as part of its inorganic growth plan in the environmental consulting and energy efficiency sector, both nationally and internationally, with a focus on countries such as Germany, France, and Italy. This strategic move will allow the company to offer more comprehensive and specialized services in sustainability and decarbonization.
This integration, along with the entry of Nazca into the group’s shareholding, represents a key step in Global Factor‘s strategy to expand its technical capabilities and provide clients with a more integrated service offering. It strengthens the group’s ability to approach projects with a more technical and multidisciplinary focus. At the same time, it will increase cross-selling opportunities for EDE Ingenieros beyond the northern region, as emphasized by its director, Javier Reche.
With EDE Ingenieros, “we are expanding our service portfolio and consolidating our position as a strategic partner for companies and organizations,” highlights Kepa Solaun, CEO of Global Factor.
Thanks to this acquisition, the company expects to exceed 20 million euros in revenue by 2025 a 20% increase continuing the double-digit growth trend it has recorded in recent years.
