We have provided support in over 200 strategic plans for a wide range and types of companies: listed, family-run groups of companies, medium-sized and large co-ops, ‘hidden champions’, SMEs, etc. Additionally, we have a large client base with over 80% repeat business, principally in industry and manufacturing companies B2B with a proven track record in strategic planning in the steel and metal sector.
We define working processes with made-to-measure solutions in order to meet client needs, expected results, timelines, and the participation of the various levels of each individual organisation. In order to achieve that goal, our project directors, each has an average of 20 years’ experience of direct and intensive development of client projects.
